Q. It says your website is free but there is PayPal signs on the website?
A. To have a basic listing on the website this is completely free. If you would like a premium listing then this will cost you £74.99 per year, if you would like a premium listing with a website then this will cost £149.99 per year.
Q. I want a listing but am not a registered company?
A. This is fine, we supply listings for not only companies but individuals also. We do however recommend that you do register if you are going to be taking money.
Q. I have just tried adding a listing but i cannot upload my images.
A. There are several reasons why an image would fail to upload. The first problem could be done to the image type. Please ensure that your images are in one of these formats: gifs, pngs, jpegs or jpgs. If your image is the correct format please right click the image and check the size. We only allow images which are 2meg and under. If both of these are correct then please send us your images to info@born2entertain.co.uk so we can inspect and we can upload the images for you and let you know the problem.
Q. Do i really need 3 categories and 3 locations?
A. Yes it is vital that you select all three categories and locations as this will dramatically help your chances of gaining more business. If your category or location is not listed please let us know and we will add these for you.
Q. Can i have more than 3 categories and 3 locations
A. Yes if you contact us with your request we can add your listing to upto 10 categories and 10 locations, at a cost of an extra £20 per category/location.
Q. I want to take out your website package but already have a website?
A. Many customer want to take our our website package and have an existing page, this can be easily resolved. What you can do is sign up to our service with a new domain name related to your business e.g. your current website is myweddingwebsite.co.uk you can then sign up with myweddingwebsite.me.uk then you will contact your old domain / hosting company and tell them to redirect your domain name to your new one using a 301 redirect.
Q. Will my website help me get found on Google, Yahoo and MSN?
A. Yes your website will definitely get you found on Google, we have carefully constructed these template websites to make them very search engine friendly which helps greatly. We will promote your chosen categories and areas as your keywords so that we target the right traffic.
Q. Can i update my website?
A. Yes your website comes with an admin panel which will enable you to update sections of the website and add new pages. Not only that you can change font colour, size and even the look and colour of your website. We release new templates every couple of months which you can change to completely free. This will make sure you are always up-to-date with the latest web trends.
